Before you train
- Consult a qualified health professional before beginning or changing a program if you have a medical condition, injury, are pregnant, take medication affecting exercise, or have any concern about exertion.
- Use accurate limitations and equipment information so Adapt can avoid obviously unsuitable suggestions.
- Inspect equipment and choose a safe environment.
During a workout
Use a load, pace, and range of motion you can control. Stop if you experience sharp or worsening pain, chest pain, fainting, unusual dizziness, severe shortness of breath, confusion, or other concerning symptoms. A substitution is not treatment for an injury.
What Adapt cannot know
Adapt cannot examine you, diagnose a condition, verify your form, confirm equipment safety, or understand every factor affecting your health. Readiness inputs and AI Coach suggestions are only as useful as the information available and may be wrong.
Urgent and emergency help
Adapt is not an emergency service. If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, stop exercising and contact local emergency services immediately.
